Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboarding and manage Life Insurance advisors/ agents.
- drive business Through the agency sales channel.
- Achieve Monthly and annul sales target.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
- Train and motivate the the agency team to improve productivity.
- Generate new business and expand the customer base.
Eligibility :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Agency sales/ Life insurance.
- Solid communication, sales and relationship- management skills.
- Candidates with Life Insurance Agency Channel experience preferred.
