We're Hiring: Manager Aftersales (Service)

Products - Gas compression and clean mobility: Equipment and systems used in CNG and biogas applications, along with CNG/LNG dispensing solutions.

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 12+ years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline. MBA is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the aftersales field-service organisation.
- Manage installation, commissioning, maintenance, breakdowns, and compressor overhauls.
- Drive equipment uptime, reliability, preventive maintenance, and service quality.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Develop service teams and standardise service processes.
- Manage service revenue, AMC contracts, budgets, and operational performance.

Required Skills:





- Solid technical expertise in reciprocating compressors, troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling.
- Experience in leading field-service teams and managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and service contracts.
- Strong leadership, planning, and commercial management skills.
