We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agency Directory & Listing Executive to improve the company's online presence across agency directories, B2B marketplaces, business listing websites, and review platforms. The role involves managing existing profiles, identifying current listing opportunities, optimizing company information, and supporting lead generation through relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize agency profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms.
- Research and identify relevant agency directories, B2B marketplaces, review websites, and business listing opportunities.
- Create, submit, verify, and maintain company profiles across relevant platforms.
- Keep company details, service descriptions, portfolios, case studies, reviews, and credentials accurate and updated.
- Improve profile completeness, service categories, and listing quality to strengthen online visibility.
- Manage listing approvals, profile verification, badges, awards, and partner directory applications where applicable.
- Monitor listing status, incoming enquiries, and potential business leads.
- Maintain records of submissions,



approvals, platform details, and leads using Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency directory management, business listing management, profile optimization, online visibility, or digital marketing preferred.
