We are looking for an Agency Listings & Online Visibility Executive to manage our company's presence across agency directories, business listing websites, review platforms, and service marketplaces.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and improve existing company profiles, discover new listing opportunities, create and optimize agency profiles, and help increase the company's online visibility and potential business enquiries.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in agency directory management, business listings, online profile management, digital marketing, or online visibility who are comfortable conducting independent web research and managing information across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Agency Profile Management: Manage and maintain company profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms.
- Directory Research: Identify new agency directories, business listing websites, review platforms, service marketplaces, and relevant industry-specific listing opportunities.
- Recent Profile Creation: Research suitable platforms and create complete, accurate company profiles in accordance with each platform's requirements.
- Profile Optimization: Improve profile completeness, service categories, company descriptions, portfolios, case studies, credentials, and other relevant information.
- Company Information Management: Keep business details, services, contact information, portfolios, and supporting materials accurate and consistent across platforms.
- Listing & Recognition Opportunities: Identify and apply for relevant agency directories, partner directories, awards, badges, and industry recognition opportunities.
- Verification & Certification: Complete profile verification, certification, and listing requirements wherever applicable.
- Online Visibility Improvement:



Identify opportunities to improve the company's presence and discoverability across relevant agency marketplaces and directories.
- Enquiry Monitoring: Monitor listing approvals, profile activity, incoming enquiries, and potential business opportunities generated through these platforms.
- Enquiry Coordination: Respond to relevant enquiries or coordinate with the appropriate sales team member for timely follow-up.
- Listing & Lead Tracking: Maintain organized records of directories researched, profiles created, applications submitted, approvals received, and leads generated.

Experience A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred in one or more of the following areas:

- Agency directory or agency listing management
- Online business listings and company profile management
- Directory research and listing optimization
- Digital marketing and online visibility
- Agency marketplace or review platform management
- Web research and business profile administration

Hands-on experience managing profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, or similar platforms is an advantage. Who Can Apply?

- Have experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, web development company, or B2B services company. Relevant industry experience is preferred, not mandatory.

Role Objective
