Role: AEM Developer

Desired Experience Range: 6-10 years

Location: HYD, Banglore, Pune, Kochi, Recent Delhi, Bhubaneshwar

Roles Responsibilities-

- Proficient in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and Coral UI development for AEM
- Experience building custom AEM workflows and schedulers
- Expertise with REST API integration and GraphQL in AEM
- Working knowledge of JCR repository, JCR Query Builder, and content indexing
- Hands-on experience with Maven, Git, and Agile tools like JIRA
- Experience with AEM content fragments and experience fragments
- Ability to create custom tools to automate content operations (e.g., rename/move content tools, approval workflows)
- Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Strong hands-on experience in full lifecycle AEM development
- Ability to design and develop custom components, templates, and tools in AEM
- Good understanding of AEM workflows automation and content lifecycle management
- Experience working in Agile development environments with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Exposure to ServiceNow integration with AEM workflows




- Experience with Adobe Target, Amazon S3, and Tableau dashboard integration
- Knowledge of multi-environment run-modes and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with Netcentric or other permission/access control tools
- Experience in automated content publishing/unpublishing and content deletion tools
- Working knowledge of BI tools like PowerBI
- Knowledge of localization and i18n support in AEM projects
- Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and tools
- Automate content management operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs to enhance platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and user guides
- Continuously update skills with latest AEM releases and best practices
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and development processes
