Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced advocate with a minimum of 3-5 years of legal practice who can independently handle matters before the Thane District Court and the High Court. The role requires hands-on experience in civil and criminal matters, robust drafting capabilities, and practical knowledge of property documentation and registration procedures.

Key Areas of Practice

· Civil and criminal matters

· Bail matters

· Domestic violence matters

· Property disputes

· Family civil matters

· Guardianship matters

· Succession certificate matters

Key Responsibilities

· Independently appear before and handle proceedings in the Thane District Court and the High Court.

· Handle civil and criminal matters, including bail, domestic violence, property, family civil, guardianship, and succession certificate matters.

· Draft court pleadings, applications, petitions, replies, notices, and other legal documents.

· Draft rental agreements and independently manage the related registration process.





· Draft property agreements and handle registration before the Registrar / Sub-Registrar Office.

· Independently manage client matters, court appearances, case proceedings, and related legal documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal practice experience.

· Demonstrated experience in both civil and criminal law matters.

· Practical experience in property documentation and registration procedures.

Required Skills

· Good command of Marathi and English.

· Strong legal drafting skills in both Marathi and English.

· Good knowledge of civil and criminal law.

· Ability to independently handle court appearances, proceedings, and client matters.

· Sound knowledge of property documentation and registration procedures.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
