- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, upsells, and account retention. [1, 2, 3]

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal creative, digital, and content teams to design effective ad campaigns that match client goals. [1, 2]

- Sales Tracking: Log daily calls, meetings, and pipeline updates into a CRM system (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and track progress against monthly or quarterly quotas. [1, 2, 3]

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, or inside sales.

- Communication Skills: Robust verbal, written, and presentation skills to persuade decision-makers and explain ad value.

- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle objections, negotiate pricing terms, and close deals.
