? Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced CJA POD Lead to lead Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) initiatives across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) .

?️ Must-Have Skills

Adobe CJA, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM, Identity Stitching, CJA Data Views & Connections, AEP Query Service/SQL, Web SDK/Mobile SDK, JSON, JavaScript, Data Governance, Digital Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics

? Required Experience

- 8–10+ years in Digital Analytics / Data Engineering / Martech
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe AEP & Adobe CJA – MUST HAVE
- Solid experience with CRM, POS, Call Center, Web & Mobile data integration
- Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management & communication skills





? Key Responsibilities

- Lead CJA strategy, roadmap, solution design & delivery
- Act as the technical SME for Adobe CJA & AEP
- Design XDM schemas, identity strategies, datasets, connections & CJA Data Views
- Drive data ingestion using Data Prep, Query Service (SQL), streaming & batch
- Ensure data governance, quality, compliance & accuracy
- Enable cross-channel customer journey analytics
- Lead troubleshooting, RCA and production issue resolution
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Martech/Adtech & Architecture teams
- Lead and mentor CJA developers, analysts & data engineers
- Enable downstream activation with AJO / RTCDP
