Experience

- Minimum 3 years in overseas education counselling or immigration consultancy
- Experience handling inbound leads from portals, websites and walk-ins
- Exposure to study-abroad destinations such as the UK, US, Canada, European countries and many other

Roles:
- Follow up on leads generated through portals, the website and walk-ins
- Call prospective students to understand their academic background, goals, budget and preferred study destination
- Guide students on available programs, courses and intakes that match their profile
- Advise students on the best country options to target
- Counsel students and parents on fees, scholarships, eligibility and career outcomes
- Guide students on the required documentation (SOP, LOR, transcripts, financial documents, etc.)




- Support students through the university application and admission process
- Communicate with universities on application status, offers and queries
- Guide students on the next steps after admission, including visa filing
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes and student records in the CRM
- Convert leads into enrolments and meet monthly targets

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)
- Post-graduate degree preferred
- Valuable knowledge of study-abroad admission processes for the UK, US, Canada, European countries and many other
