? Location: Gurugram, Sector 48

? Experience: 2+ years

? Education: Graduate

What will you be doing?

? Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents

? Understand parent requirements and recommend suitable programs

? Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records

? Schedule centre visits and follow up with prospects

? Respond to WhatsApp queries and support the admission journey

? Work towards defined sales and admission targets

Who are we looking for?

Someone with strong communication,



active listening, interpersonal and sales skills, along with hands-on CRM and dialer experience.
