Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound calls from prospective students, providing guidance on course offerings and admissions processes.

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for new student enrollment, using cold calling techniques to identify potential clients.

- Process incoming applications, verify student documents, and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth admission procedures.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to student inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Requirements :

- 1-7 years of experience in an Cold Calling , Tele Sales.

- Solid lead generation skills through effective communication over phone calls.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods of high volume calls.
