About PRTF

PRTF School of Management (Pathfinder Research and Training Foundation) is an AICTE approved management institute in Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida. We run a two-year, full-time, AI-centric PGDM with Year 2 specialisations in AI & Data Science and in Marketing & Finance, along with professional certification programmes in cloud and AI, webinars and corporate training. We are part of the Pathfinder Group.

The role, in one line

You are the first voice a prospective student or parent hears from PRTF. You call, message and meet the people who have enquired about our programmes, understand what they need, guide them honestly, and help them take the next step: a campus visit, a counselling session, an application or a certification enrolment.

What you will do every day

- Call every new enquiry the same day it arrives, from the website, WhatsApp, social media, education portals, walk-ins and events.
- Work through the lead list on a fixed follow-up rhythm, so no enquiry goes cold. Most of the job is the second, third and fourth call, not the first.
- Keep the CRM or lead sheet current: every call, every outcome, every next step, logged the same day.
- Explain the PGDM, both specialisations, the certification programmes, eligibility, fees, scholarships and the admission process clearly and accurately, using only the approved information we give you.
- Counsel, not just pitch. Ask about the person's background and goals, and recommend the programme that fits. If PRTF is not the right fit, say so politely.
- Convert enquiries into campus visits, counselling sessions, applications and enrolments, and hand each application to the admissions team with complete details.
- Handle WhatsApp and email conversations with the same care as calls, in English and Hindi.




- Call back and re-engage older leads from past admission cycles with new batch and webinar information.
- Share what you hear. Common questions, objections and reasons people drop off go back to the marketing team every week, so our content and ads improve.
- Support admission events, webinars and open days: invitations, reminders, confirmations and follow-ups.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, connected conversations, visits and enrolments.

Who we are looking for

- Graduate in any stream. [Experience: 1 to 3 years in telecalling, counselling or inside sales, preferably in education; freshers with strong communication may apply, confirm]
- Clear, confident and warm on the phone in both Hindi and English.
- Patient and persistent. Comfortable making 60 to 100 calls a day and hearing "no" without losing energy.
- Organised. You keep notes, follow a schedule and never let a follow-up slip.
- Honest. You explain what the programme offers and never promise what it does not, for example placements or salaries.
- Comfortable with basic tools: a CRM or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, and a dialler.
- Curious about management education, AI and careers, enough to answer a parent's hard question.
- Able to work from our Greater Noida campus six days a week.
