ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: Baner, Pune

School: The Learning Curve Preschool & Daycare

Time:2:00-8:00pm

Job Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries related to preschool and daycare admissions.
- Counsel parents and provide detailed information about programs, fees, facilities, and activities.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the school team for the admission process and documentation.
- Support and participate in admission-related events and marketing activities.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.

Requirements

- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relations preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi
- Experience in a preschool/school workplace will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
