About the Role As an Admissions Counsellor, you'll be the person who helps families decide that Vista is the right school for their child. You'll reach out to prospective parents, meet them for counselling sessions and campus tours, and show them what makes Vista different. You'll work closely with our marketing and academic teams, keep our admissions pipeline organised, and help improve how we welcome and enrol new families.

What You'll Do

Parent Counselling & Admissions

- Reach out to prospective parents and follow up on leads from all channels,



including walk-ins, calls, digital campaigns, and community events.
- Conduct counselling sessions that explain the school's curriculum, facilities, and fee structure, what sets Vista apart, and why it's the right choice for their child.
- Conduct campus tours for visiting parents.
- Guide families through the admission process and convert leads into admissions.
- Create and update presentations and other materials for use in counselling sessions.

School & Curriculum Knowledge

- Develop a thorough understanding of the CBSE and IB curricula and the school's programmes, so you can speak about them confidently with parents.
- Work with the academic team to stay up to date on academic developments, events, and student achievements.

Marketing Collaboration

- Work with the digital and field marketing teams on admissions campaigns and lead generation.
- Join the field marketing team at events in gated communities and other outreach activities.

CRM, Reporting & Process Improvement

- Keep accurate, up-to-date CRM records of every lead, interaction, and follow-up.
- Report admissions numbers and performance to management regularly, with analysis of what's working and what isn't.




- Identify opportunities to improve the admissions process and SOPs, and help put the improvements in place.

How Success Is Measured

- The number of admissions against targets
- The lead-to-admission conversion rate
- The speed and consistency of follow-ups with prospective parents
- The accuracy and completeness of CRM records
- Improvements to the admissions process and SOPs

Who We're Looking For

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in the education sector (school admissions, counselling, or education services) or in sales.
- Confident, polished communication in English, with robust presentation and persuasion skills.
- A target-driven approach, with the ability to build trust with parents and guide them to a decision without being pushy.
- An organised, detail-oriented way of working, with comfort using a CRM, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
- A genuine interest in education and the ability to quickly learn and explain the school's curriculum and programmes.
