We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling admission enquiries, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Follow up with potential students regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.




- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
