Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, and convert leads into admissions. The candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to follow up with prospective students regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up on assigned leads through calls and messages.
- Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve admission targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM after every interaction.
- Ensure regular follow-ups until admission confirmation or lead closure.
- Submit daily reports on calls,



follow-ups, and conversions.
- Add admitted students to the relevant WhatsApp groups.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and persuasive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
- Age Limit: 18–35 years.

Job Location: Chakkai, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
