Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their educational and career requirements, providing suitable course guidance, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.

- Basic computer knowledge required(Word, Excel, CRM )

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.

- Understand the student's academic background, interests, career goals, and requirements.

- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.

- Handle objections related to fees, course selection, competition, location, and other concerns.





- Use effective sales and admission-closing techniques to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling interactions, and enrollment status.

- Coordinate with the academic and management teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with pending and interested leads.

- Build solid relationships with students, parents, schools, Teachers, organizations and other communities throughout the enrollment journey.

- Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

- Achieve individual and team-based admission targets.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
