Well-established computer training institute in East Delhi, providing career-focused courses in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, we are looking for a confident, and target-oriented Educational Counsellor who can handle student enquiries and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-in students.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, fees, duration and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding career-oriented skill courses.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with old and pending enquiries.
