IBMR Gurgaon is looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Counselor to guide prospective students through admissions, career options, and program details.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career paths

- Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and online inquiries

- Support the admission process from inquiry to enrollment

- Maintain accurate student and inquiry records

- Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversion

- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Post-Graduate (any discipline)

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in education counseling or admissions preferred

- Confident, empathetic, and student-oriented approach

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Experience

- 1-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
