We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and student enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission process.
- Maintain student enquiry and admission records.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
