About the Role

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about courses/programs,

and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, eligibility and admission process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.




- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
- Coordinate with the academic/admission team for documentation and enrollment.
- Address candidate queries and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Prepare regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, education sales or inside sales will be an advantage.
