Responsibilities:

- Admissions Process Management: Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their parents/guardians.

- Counselling: Provide personalized counselling sessions to prospective students and their families, addressing their queries, concerns, and guiding them through the admission requirements, curriculum, and facilities offered by the school.

- Application Evaluation: Review and evaluate student applications, academic records, and other relevant documents to assess eligibility and suitability for admission to the CBSE School.

- Outreach and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to devise and execute admission outreach programs, promotional events, and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of potential students.

- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews, aptitude tests, and other assessments to gauge the aptitude, interests, and potential of applicants.

- Parent Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians, address their concerns, and highlight the advantages of our residential school to gain their trust and support.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data,



admission decisions, and relevant communication to ensure efficient reporting and follow-up.

- Adherence to CBSE Guidelines: Ensure compliance with CBSE admission guidelines and regulations, and keep abreast of any changes or updates to the admission policies.

- Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to coordinate admission-related activities, including orientations and enrolment procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with minimum two years of experience.

- Previous experience as an Admission Counselor in Schools, specifically with knowledge of curriculum and admission procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and parents.

- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various admission-related tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with educational marketing strategies and recruitment techniques is a plus.

- Empathy and sensitivity to understand the needs and concerns of students and parents during the admission process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
