Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions and guide parents and students about the school, IB curriculum, residential facilities, and overall learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the IB curriculum, school programmes, residential facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Conduct campus visits and explain the school’s facilities and programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams throughout the admission process.
- Assist with admission events, orientations, and parent interactions.
- Ensure a smooth and qualified experience for prospective families.

Requirements:

- 4–6 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or a similar role.
- Experience in an IB, International, or Residential School will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Good parent-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and admission/CRM systems.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
