Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude towards work, and the ability to guide students in making the right academic and career decisions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online UG and PG admissions, understand students' academic and career aspirations, and be confident in counselling, follow-ups, and converting prospective students into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students and help them identify suitable UG and PG programs based on their interests, goals, and qualifications.
- Guide students on course options, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and future prospects to help them make informed decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, including lead follow-ups, application assistance, documentation, and enrolment coordination.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents by addressing their queries and providing timely, accurate information.
- Maintain and update student records, lead status, and follow-up activities using CRM systems.
- Work towards achieving admission,



enrolment, and conversion targets through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct outreach activities and engage with prospective students to generate interest in available programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives to resolve admission-related queries and ensure a smooth student experience.
- Take initiative in daily tasks, follow up proactively, and maintain a professional and solution-oriented approach to work.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in domestic online UG and PG education admissions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong academic and career counselling skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- A proactive approach to work, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents, handle queries confidently, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team.
