Role Overview

- Primary Goal: Generate and convert student inquiries into confirmed admissions through direct field outreach, school visits, and face-to-face counseling.

- Work Setting: Field-based (traveling to schools, education fairs, expos, and local communities) with off-site and on-campus coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Outreach &

: Visit high schools, coaching centers, local education expos, and career fairs to promote courses and institutional programs.

- Student &

- Parent Counseling

: Conduct face-to-face or group guidance sessions explaining course structures, eligibility criteria, fee details, scholarships, and career outcomes.

- Lead Generation &

- Conversion

: Track field leads, follow up via phone/WhatsApp/visits, and convert prospective applicants into enrolled students.

- Application Assistance: Help candidates fill out admission forms, gather required documents (mark sheets, transfer certificates, ID proofs), and verify credentials.

- Campus Coordination: Invite field prospects for campus tours, coordinate entrance tests or interviews,



and hand over verified files to the main academic office.

- Market Feedback: Report on regional competitor activities, demographic trends, and local recruitment feedback to the admissions manager.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s or a background in education, psychology, or communications is a plus).

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, education counseling, or student recruitment (freshers with solid communication may apply).

- Key Skills:

- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication.

- Persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours (including weekends or event days).

- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital tracking apps.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable local transit access.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
