Requirements

- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)

- Certificate in Health &
- Safety Management will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

- Accountable for day-to-day administrative functions.

- Update and submit accurate, correct Health &
- Safety information for internal and external reports within defined deadlines.

- Generate ad-hoc specific Health &

- Safety reports for management as required.

- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders.

- Manage Health and Safety data to ensure consistent reporting from the transactional systems into the various group reports

- Update and submit accurate, correct Health &

- Safety information for internal and external reports within defined deadlines.

- Manage communication to Corporate and Functional Centres in the case of injuries, incidents,



HPI (high potential incidents) and fatalities within the defined timeframes.

- Manage the distribution and compilation of Health &

- Safety communication material

- Effective utilisation of Health &

- Safety systems.

- Ongoing recommendation of system improvement.

- Ongoing maintenance of system with management of change.

- Administer safety accident/incident related documents effectively and manage the change control process.

- Oversee that all existence registers are maintained.

Additional Requirements

- POPI Act compliant

- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.

- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

- Explicit security screening record.
