Roles and Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

Perform monthly accounting tasks and review books of accounts.

2. Auditing Expertise:

Manage statutory audits for private companies, tax audits, and GST audits, including annual returns (GSTR 9 & 9C).

3. Financial Statements:

Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

4. Tax Computations:

Draft and review IT computations accurately.

5. Compliance Handling:

Prepare and submit timely responses to notices from government departments.

6. Tax Filing:

Possess excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax return filing.

7. Payroll Management:

Oversee the preparation and finalization of monthly payroll for clients.

8. Reconciliations:

Perform reconciliations for GST and Income Tax (TDS).

9. Accounting Standards:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS preferred) and corporate taxation.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in a CA firm.

- Bcom/Mcom/BBA/MBA-Accounting & Taxation/or Relevent background.





- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounting and Taxation.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel.

- Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

- A proactive learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
