Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable, bills receivable, and cash flow to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently using O2C billing software.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable data to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to orders, invoices, or payments.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Robust understanding of accounting functions, including accounts receivable and bills receivable processes.
