We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in the Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial in supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation of accounts.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately reflected in the financial statements.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management on collection trends and outstanding balances.




- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all accounts receivable transactions are recorded accurately.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Familiarity with order to cash (O2C) and record to report (R2R) cycles.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
