Role Overview The Executive – Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, and receivable reconciliations, ensuring timely realization of outstanding dues and accurate maintenance of customer account records as part of the finance team's monthly and periodic closure activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and dispatch customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.

- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately posted and accounted for.

- Coordinate with sales and customer teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

- Prepare ageing reports and highlight overdue accounts to management.

- Process customer credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments as required.

- Support month-end and year-end closure activities related to receivables.

- Ensure compliance with internal credit control policies and accounting standards.





- Assist in preparing MIS reports and schedules for management and audit purposes.

- Maintain proper documentation for customer accounts, agreements, and correspondence

Qualifications &

Skills Required

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations.

- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Good communication and follow-up skills for customer coordination.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts during peak periods.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
