Processing of invoices and payment as per the company SOP and Checklist and defined TAT/SLA timelines.

Ensure GST/TDS compliance on invoices

Monitor 3 way matching, Payment controls.

Review exception invoice reports, resolution and process implementation for improvement.

Ensure GI Review, Period end Provision/ Provision Rev accounting along with TDS Compliances.

Track rejected invoices and drive resolution.

Vendor Reconciliations and Vendor Open item clearing.

Coordinate on internal and statutory audits and audit data preparation.
