Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a solid background in accounting and finance within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial management, taxation, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and timely return filing.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and raw material and finished goods records.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, and expense analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, Profit & Loss accounts,



balance sheets, and MIS reports.
- Handle ledger scrutiny, account reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and relevant departments for statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Utilize Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Candidate Eligibility - Experience: 5-10 years in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
