Position: Accounts Manager

Galway Kitchen Machineries Private Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with solid Tally experience to manage our company's accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, GST compliance, Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime entries, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, expense records, and supporting documents.




- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.
- Good analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial machinery, or trading companies.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and purchase/sales reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and manage accounting deadlines.
