ABOUT THE JOB

- At AbleCold, strong financial controls and accurate accounting are critical to building a scalable and efficient business.

- As an Accounts Head, you will be responsible for managing the companys accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance, maintaining financial discipline, and providing timely financial insights to support business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company.

- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, collections, and vendor payments.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, books of accounts, and financial records.

- Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, payables, and financial controls.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and periodic management reports.





- Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

- Establish and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.

- Support management with financial analysis and insights for business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

- 6-10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably in a fast-growing organisation.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability.

- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation will be an added advantage.
