seeking a hands-on and strategic Finance Head to take complete ownership of the company's financial operations, accounting standards, cash flow management, and strategic budgeting. You will oversee daily bookkeeping, statutory compliance, vendor/client billing, and financial forecasting to support our growing retail, interior fit-out, and project operations.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Operations

Lead and manage the end-to-end finance and accounts department, including daily ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Oversee project-wise cost tracking, inventory valuation, and margin analysis for interior design and modular kitchen/furniture operations.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure healthy liquidity.

Planning, Budgeting

Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic financial forecasting, and variance analysis against actual performance.

Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports, Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow projections for leadership.

Build financial models to evaluate new business lines, expansion initiatives, or capital expenditure.





Statutory Compliance & Audits

Ensure full compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST filing, TDS, Income Tax,

Manage statutory, internal, and external audits, acting as the primary liaison with auditors and tax consultants.

Maintain compliance with local labor and commercial regulations.

Vendor & Banking Relations

Manage corporate banking relationships, credit facilities, payment gateways, and vendor reconciliations.

Implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and reduce leakage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: M.Com with a strong corporate finance background.

Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in financial management, corporate accounting, or retail/project-based finance.

Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems, alongside advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Competencies: Solid analytical mindset, attention to detail, leadership skills, and clear communication abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
