Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Officer (AO) with 2+ years of experience in US Accounting and Bookkeeping to join our Sage Intacct Migration Team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar accounting platforms, along with strong accounting fundamentals and exposure to data migration projects.

This role will be responsible for supporting Sage Intacct migration projects, validating financial data, performing reconciliations, and ensuring successful migration of accounting data into Sage Intacct.

Location & Shift Details

- Work Mode: Ahmedabad Office/ Remote
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM 09:30 PM (IST)

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Sage Intacct Migration Projects from planning through go-live.
- Perform Data Migration, Validation, and Reconciliation from legacy accounting systems.
- Map and validate Chart of Accounts (COA), Customers, Vendors, and Financial Balances.
- Ensure accuracy of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Financial Reports.
- Identify and resolve migration-related issues and data discrepancies.
- Prepare migration templates, import files, and supporting documentation.




- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for successful project delivery.
- Support testing, go-live, and post-migration review activities.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Exposure to Accounting System Migration or ERP Projects.
- Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred.
- Strong understanding of US Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Practical experience in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Month-End Close
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
