Position :- Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Khopoli

Job Type: - Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by posting entries to the general ledger and reconciling accounts.
- Invoicing: Assist in generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records of all transactions.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including verification, coding, and processing.
- Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards,



company policies, and financial regulations.
- Support Audits: Help prepare for audits by gathering and organizing financial data as requested.
- Other Tasks: Provide support to the accounting team as required, including filing, documentation, and data entry.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Advance Excel & MS Excel and financial analysis.
