Location: Madri, Near D.I.C., Opposite Navneet Motors, Madri Industrrial Area

Salary: 18K To 25K [ PF/ ESIC/ Gratuity/ Bonus Advantages]

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage the complete day-to-day accounting activities of the branch. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, sales and purchase accounting, vendor payments, staff expenses, bank transactions, branch reconciliations, and preparation of GST, TDS and branch financial data.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain daily Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices and Credit/Debit Notes.
- Verify and process vendor bills as per company policies.
- Verify and account for staff expenses, local conveyance, travel and other reimbursements.
- Prepare and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Maintain complete and accurate branch-level books of accounts.
- Prepare regular branch accounting reports and MIS.




- Prepare and consolidate data required for Branch Balance Sheet
- Provide accurate financial data to the Senior Accountant
- Coordinate with the central accounts/tax team for GST and TDS compliance and filing requirements.

Role Requires:

- B.Com /BBA/ M.Com preferred.
- Experience 2-3 years in automobile dealership, construction equipment, machinery, manufacturing or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of day to day accounting, GST, TDS, BR and Balance Sheet Data Preparation.
- Having Experience with Tally & good command of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS and basic data analysis.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
