Hiring - Accounts Executive

Experience: 2+ years

Based in Trichy or nearby locations

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including purchase and sales entries.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books and Tally.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Track expenses, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for account-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial records.





Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting operations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work full time and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing company will be preferred.
