Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accountant to support our company's financial and accounting operations. The candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting documentation.

Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates with a background in accounting or finance are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support payment follow-ups.




- Assist with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure financial records are organised and up to date.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the team.
