About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to assist our finance team with daily accounting operations. This prospect offers a hands-on learning opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:





1. Day-to-Day Accounting Tasks:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support in preparing journal entries and posting to the general ledger.

2. Invoicing and Payments:

- Help generate and process invoices.
- Track receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

3. Financial Reporting and Documentation:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

4. Taxation and Compliance:

- Support the team in GST/TDS calculations and filing.

5. Other Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

- Understanding in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
