Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, e-commerce reconciliation, marketplace settlements, and payment gateway reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with e-commerce transactions across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- E-commerce Reconciliation: Reconcile sales orders, marketplace settlements, payment gateway transactions, and bank credits.
- Marketplace Accounting: Reconcile transactions across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Payment Gateway Reconciliation: Track and reconcile Shopify, Razorpay, and other payment gateway transactions.
- Settlement Management: Verify marketplace commissions, shipping charges, refunds, returns, cancellations, penalties, and other deductions.
- EasyEcom Operations: Use EasyEcom for order and settlement data, transaction tracking, and reconciliation support.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, sales and purchase entries, invoices, credit notes, and ledgers.
- GST & Compliance: Assist with GST reconciliation, input tax credit verification,



and coordination for GST returns.
- Discrepancy Management: Identify settlement mismatches, missing payments, incorrect deductions, and pending refunds, and follow up for resolution.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare periodic reconciliation reports, settlement summaries, and accounting reports.
- B2B Accounting: Support invoicing, payment tracking, outstanding receivables, and account reconciliation for B2B customers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; B.Com preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Practical knowledge of marketplace reconciliation and payment gateway settlements.
- Working knowledge of EasyEcom , Tally ERP 9 or other accounting software.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, credit notes, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Razorpay, and EasyEcom will be an advantage.
