Accounts Assistant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Work Location: In-person

Venus Digital Arcade is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with financial reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Verify bills and supporting financial documents.
- Handle cash transactions and assist with banking operations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain transaction records.
- Assist with GST and TDS documentation and compliance.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain organized accounting records.
- Update financial data using MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and Tally accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
