Role Description The Accounts Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakinada. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, including processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and managing petty cash records.

The Accounts

Assistant will support credit control processes, assist with finance-related documentation, and help reconcile accounts and prepare basic reports. This position will also involve coordinating with internal teams, responding to queries related to payments and accounts, and ensuring accurate, timely entry of financial data in the company’s systems.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Finance for managing daily accounting entries and supporting financial operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control for tracking receivables, following up on payments, and supporting cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Petty Cash, including recording expenses, maintaining proper documentation, and reconciling cash balances.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders regarding accounts and payments.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) would be beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with numbers accurately, and integrity in handling financial information are essential.
