We are seeking a sincere and proactive Accounts Assistant with working knowledge of US accounting, taxation, payroll, and bookkeeping to handle day-to-day accounting work for US clients.

Core Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for different clients
- Assist with recording financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data.
- Payroll processing and compliance
- Sales tax returns and routine accounting compliance
- Maintain accurate books and client financial records

Key Requirements

- Knowledge of US Accounts, Taxation & Payroll
- Experience with QuickBooks & MS Excel (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Details -

- Day Shift: Night Shift – 12 Noon to 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Night Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)




- Work Mode: On-site only (NO Work From Home)
- No pickup & drop facility
