Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and compliance activities. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and book entries
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable (Billing, Invoicing, Follow-ups, Payments)
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Bank reconciliation and monitoring cash flow
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax filings
- Coordinate with auditors during audits




- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel
- Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills and Must have

- Tally ERP
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Exposure to budgeting and MIS reporting
- Experience in handling audits
