- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, vouchers, billing, and journal postings.
- Support in managing accounts payable and receivable, vendor/customer reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
- Help in maintaining general ledger and preparation of monthly trial balance.
- Support in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

GST & Taxation
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with vendors/customers for GST input mismatches and invoice-related queries.
- Maintain records for tax payments, e-way bills, and e-invoicing.

MIS & Reporting
- Support in preparing MIS reports, cost sheets, and expense summaries for management review.
- Ensure timely submission of accounting data and support in monthly closing activities.

Audit Support

- Assist in providing data and documentation required for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Ensure proper record keeping and adherence to audit recommendations.

Team & Process Support




- Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support in process improvement and ERP data maintenance (Tally/SAP).

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic reporting).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
