Role Description The Account Executive role at JUSTDOGS® is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will manage relationships with retail and corporate customers, oversee key accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating orders, tracking sales performance, and identifying opportunities to grow account revenue.

The Account

Executive will collaborate with store teams and management to support promotional activities, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools,



and provide regular updates on account status and market feedback. This role also involves resolving issues promptly, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and representing the brand’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles in retail or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools to manage accounts and track performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities and resolving customer issues.
- Enthusiasm for pet care and willingness to learn about pet products and services.
- Preferred qualification: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
