Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Knowledge : Positive accounting knowledge to Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Statutory Compliance: Good knowledge and Experience of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS returns filling and GSTR2B reconciliation.
- Ledger Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reviews, and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external statutory auditors to provide necessary schedules and documentation.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting packages Tally Prime. Good knowledge to maintain inventory in Tally.
- Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables,etc.
- Inventory management.
