Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and basic Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify GST-related invoices and accounting records.
- Assist with GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B and identify discrepancies.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams,



vendors, customers, and auditors when required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- 1–3years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS will be preferred.
